About this Opportunity
">- We are seeking a skilled and experienced Learning Specialist to join our Corporate Support office for a 12-month fixed term contract.
- The ideal candidate will have demonstrated expertise in instructional design, technical content creation, and adult learning principles.
- They should be able to develop high-quality digital content using Articulate 360 (Storyline, Rise), video capture, animation, and editing software.
- Additionally, they should possess strong Adobe Creative Cloud skills, particularly Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Animate.
About the Role
">In this fast-paced role, you will design and develop technical, procedural, and software-related digital content to support the implementation of various e-learning projects for our national branch network.
">You will work closely with subject matter experts to develop and review online content, apply instructional design methodologies, and create supporting collateral in a range of formats.
">Your Key Responsibilities
">- Develop training modules using Articulate 360 (Storyline, Rise)
- Create high-quality digital content using video capture, animation, and editing software
- Apply instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop and review online content
- Create supporting collateral in a range of formats
