About the Role

TasWater CDO is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Administrator to join our programs team. This role is responsible for providing general project administration support to the CDO, specifically in SharePoint administration, vehicle management, and management of expense claims.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage CDO Project Central SharePoint Support Mailbox and coordinate and respond to all enquiries.
  • Action folder and document permission requests and all new user requests
  • Add new accounts to UGL SharePoint.
  • Assist staff with CITRIX IT issues.
  • Work alongside stakeholders to troubleshoot general issues that may arise.
  • Liaise with UGL to resolve access issues that may arise.
  • Manage all pool vehicle enquiries and bookings.
  • Coordinate vehicles for new starters and reallocation of existing vehicles for project needs.
  • Arrange Purchase Orders and assist with bookings for servicing and maintenance.
  • Arrange Purchase Orders and assist with paperwork for insurance claims.
  • Maintain vehicle register and issue fuel cards.
  • Conduct regular audits of TW Recharge spreadsheet.
  • Management of expense claims.
  • Raise Purchase Orders as required, in accordance with CDO Policy, ensuring relevant approvals have been obtained.
  • General Administrative support.
  • Maintenance of purchase orders, including goods receipt, journals and queries.
  • Provide assistance and data for the preparation of reports as required.
  • Maintain a filing system on Project Central for relevant project documentation, ensure that
