Work Health and Safety Adviser is a critical role within our organisation, responsible for supporting the ongoing administration and implementation of our WHS System and documentation.

This key position will be based at Melrose Park and is being offered on a full-time, ongoing basis with a 9-day fortnight and dedicated fixed day off every second week.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of one year's experience in WHS or a similar field, along with knowledge of relevant Australian WHS/OHS laws nationally and by state.

  • You will have experience utilising WHS reporting systems and developing reports for stakeholders.
  • You will have excellent attention to detail and experience preparing regular and ad-hoc reporting.
  • You will have experience monitoring, managing and supporting routine safety-related activities.
  • You will have experience developing and supporting WHS improvement programs and rollouts.
  • You will have strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • You will have a high level of enthusiasm for working collaboratively across multi-divisional teams and building strong professional relationships.

You will also be required to hold Certificate IV or above qualifications in WHS or other business discipline.
