Job Opportunity

As a Speech Pathologist, you will play a crucial role in empowering individuals with disabilities to reach their full potential. Our allied health company is committed to delivering best-practice therapy while fostering a positive work environment for our therapists.

Key responsibilities include assessing and providing interventions for children and adults with disabilities through various service delivery models, including telehealth, community visits, and centre-based services. You will also work closely with clients, stakeholders, and referral sources to achieve optimal outcomes.

The Role
  • Developing and implementing personalized intervention plans to maximize clients' level of function and capacity.
  • Conducting assessments and providing recommendations for assistive technology applications.
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive client care.
  • Timely documentation and report writing to meet professional expectations.
  • Managing a diverse caseload and prioritizing tasks efficiently.
  • Building strong relationships with clients, therapists, and referral sources.
  • Utilizing leading software platforms and online tools to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology or a related field.
  • Professional registration, such as AHPRA/SPA.
  • Working with Children Check (WWCC or Blue Card).
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check.
  • Police Check and International Police Check (for overseas residents).
  • Driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
  • Car insurance and Professional Indemnity and Public Liability insurance.
