Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide person-centered support to individuals with disabilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with participants and their support networks
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve desired outcomes
  • Contribute to a safe and supportive work environment

Required Skills and Qualifications:">

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Hold Certificate III/IV in Disability/Aged Care or equivalent experience
  • Current First Aid/CPR Qualifications
  • Working with Children Check
  • NDIS Workers Screening Clearance
  • Australian Driver's License
  • Intermediate computer skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Understanding of vulnerabilities and needs of people with disability
