Senior Legal Business Partner

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Legal Business Partner to join our team. In this role, you will provide expert legal advice and support to our business, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives and achieve business objectives.
Your primary focus will be on providing pragmatic solutions to mitigate risks while meeting commercial needs. You will review, draft, and negotiate contracts, as well as manage company secretarial support for our entities.
To succeed in this role, you will need strong negotiation, drafting, and presentation skills, as well as commercial business acumen and contract management expertise.
We are looking for an individual with a strong track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment. If you have a passion for law and business, and are able to work autonomously, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities- Provide expert legal advice and support to the business
- Review, draft, and negotiate contracts
- Manage company secretarial support for our entities
- Identify pragmatic solutions to mitigate risks while meeting commercial needs
- LLB degree with at least 1 year of in-house legal experience
- Strong team player with ability to work autonomously
- Experience handling legal issues in a broad range of legal areas
- Effective communication skills, both spoken and written
- Strong negotiation, drafting, and presentation skills
- Commercial business acumen with extensive knowledge of contract management
