We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee and coordinate all interior buildouts and finish scopes on one of the largest and most prestigious projects in Charlotte.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-end interiors and complex commercial work, with a strong focus on quality, craftsmanship, and schedule standards.

Responsibilities include:

  • Leading all interior buildouts and finish scopes
  • Overseeing and coordinating subcontractors, schedules, and daily site operations
  • Collaborating closely with project leadership to deliver a complex, high-profile project on time and on budget

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of Superintendent experience in high-rise, hospitality, commercial, or high-end interiors projects
  • Strong knowledge of finishes, coordination, and project execution
  • Experience delivering luxury interiors or complex commercial work
  • Leadership skills with a proactive, team-focused mindset
