Overview

Are you an experienced Superintendent with a passion for high-end interiors and finishes? We're hiring a Superintendent to lead all interiors and finishes on one of the largest and most prestigious projects in Charlotte. This is a long-term, stable role with tremendous growth potential within a thriving contractor known for promoting from within.

Base pay range: $100,000.00/yr - $130,000.00/yr

What You'll Do
  • Lead all interior buildouts and finish scopes, ensuring quality and craftsmanship on a premier Charlotte project
  • Oversee and coordinate subcontractors, schedules, and daily site operations
  • Collaborate closely with project leadership to deliver a complex, high-profile project on time and on budget
  • Drive safety, quality, and schedule standards in the field
  • Build relationships with owners, architects, and trade partners while representing the GC's values of integrity, collaboration, and excellence
What We're Looking For
  • 5+ years of Superintendent experience in high-rise, hospitality, commercial, or high-end interiors projects
  • Strong knowledge of finishes, coordination, and project execution
  • Experience delivering luxury interiors or complex commercial work
  • Local to Charlotte or open to relocating
  • Leadership skills with a proactive, team-focused mindset
