- Proven experience supervising multiple medium-density townhome builds
- Cert IV in Building & Construction and QLD Site Supervisor's license
- Current, clean driver's license
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Passion for safety and commitment to creating a safe working environment
- Unlimited use of a company vehicle, including fuel and maintenance
