Senior Townhome Construction Manager

- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety protocols and building codes.
- Maintain open communication with stakeholders, including team members, customers, and suppliers.
- Foster a safe working environment by promoting awareness of health and safety procedures.
- A strong background in construction management or supervision.
- An understanding of scheduling, budgeting, and project planning.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
