Support Home Care Professional

We are seeking highly motivated and experienced Personal Care Workers to join our team in the community. This role offers a work-life balance that allows you to make a real difference in people's lives.
About the Opportunity:
This is a permanent part-time position, providing safe and ethical person-centred care to residents in their homes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality care and support to individuals with various needs.
- Identify and promptly report any changes in a resident's condition to the RN/Supervisor.
- Work effectively and adaptively, both independently and as part of a team.
- Support community members with daily living activities, including hygiene, dressing, undressing, grooming, toileting, skin care, transferring, and mobility exercises.
- Maintain accurate records of residents' status and well-being.
- Practice safe manual handling and effective time management.
Requirements:
- Certificate 3 in Individual Support (or similar) or currently studying.
- Reliable and appropriate transport.
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate (or willing to obtain).
- Current Working With Children Check (or willing to obtain).
- Criminal history check (or willing to obtain).
