Job Opportunity: In-Home Support Worker

We are seeking highly skilled and compassionate individuals to join our team as In-Home Support Workers. This role involves providing essential care and support services to clients in their own homes, enabling them to maintain their independence and dignity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing personal care and domestic support to clients in their homes, including assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
  • Assisting clients with mobility and transfer needs, ensuring safe and dignified movement within their homes.
  • Maintaining accurate records of client interactions, progress notes, and service delivery.
  • Developing and maintaining positive relationships with clients, families, and other professionals involved in their care.
