
Visionary Leader in Student Learning

The Director of Learning Diversity holds a key leadership role within the College, supporting the implementation of the vision grounded in its Catholic identity and tradition. The role is responsible for ensuring the provision of appropriate learning programs and support for all students, including those with disabilities, specific learning needs, and those who are highly able or gifted.
This position requires a strong knowledge base, exemplary interpersonal skills, and the capacity to inspire and lead colleagues. An outward-looking perspective is essential, with a strong understanding of contemporary pedagogy, including the integration of learning technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective learning strategies to meet the diverse needs of students.
- Lead and manage a team of educators to ensure high-quality teaching and learning practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to promote a culture of inclusivity and respect.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs and make data-driven decisions to improve student outcomes.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Education or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role in education.
- Proven track record of improving student outcomes and achieving academic success.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
