Compassionate Home Care Worker

We are seeking a caring and empathetic individual to support older Australians in maintaining their independence and quality of life in their own homes.

This is a role where every interaction makes a difference, providing one-on-one care to clients with diverse needs and requirements.


About the Role

The ideal candidate will provide home care services that enhance the client's well-being, including personal care, domestic assistance, and transport to appointments.

You will be working independently, but as part of a larger team, visiting multiple clients throughout the day, typically spending 1 to 2.5 hours with each, depending on their care needs.

This is an opportunity to make a positive impact on people's lives, promoting dignity and respect for every individual.


Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality home care services that cater to clients' unique needs
  • Assist with personal care, such as hygiene, mobility, and grooming
  • Offer domestic assistance, including laundry and cleaning
  • Transport clients to shops or medical appointments

Requirements
  • A Certificate III or IV in Aged Care, Disability, or Home & Community Care
  • Current First Aid and CPR certification
  • Current Police Check
  • A Victorian Driver's Licence, comprehensive car insurance, and a reliable vehicle
  • Availability at least 2 weekdays during business hours
