Disability Support Worker | Sunbury at Homewell

We are looking for experienced carers to join our team on a casual basis, working with NDIS participants & ageing clients in the Sunbury area.

Responsibilities
  • Assisting clients/participants with daily living activities (including personal care)
  • Providing companionship and emotional support
  • Promoting independent living
  • Providing transport and community access
  • Provide domestic assistance as needed

About You

We are seeking caring, friendly, compassionate, people-focused individuals with strong communication skills who want a career that truly makes a difference in the lives of others. You will also have:

  • Cert III or IV in Disability (required)
  • Medication trained (desirable)
  • Experience with complex supports
  • Understanding of professional boundaries within the support work scope
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • CPR and First Aid certifications
  • Your own reliable transport with comprehensive insurance and a Victorian Driver Licence
