About the Role

As a Support Worker, you'll provide one-on-one care to Home Care Package (HCP) clients in their own homes, helping them maintain independence and a high quality of life.

Locations: Sunbury, Woodend, Kyneton, Gisborne & Surrounding Areas

Job Details
  • Casual in-home care position
  • Flexible start and finish times
  • Potential for part-time employment as client base grows
  • Paid travel time under SCHADS Award
What You'll Need
  • A Certificate III or IV in Aged Care, Disability, or Home & Community Care
  • Current First Aid and CPR certification
  • Current Police Check
  • A Victorian Driver's Licence, comprehensive car insurance, and a reliable vehicle
  • Availability at least 2 weekdays during business hours
  • A respectful, empathetic, and reliable nature
What a Typical Day Looks Like

No two days are the same. You may support clients with:

  • Personal care (hygiene, mobility, grooming)
  • Domestic assistance (laundry, cleaning)
  • Transport to shops or medical appointments

You'll visit multiple clients throughout the day, typically spending 1 to 2.5 hours with each, depending on their care needs. Travel between homes is required, and occasionally, you\'ll accompany clients in the community.

This is a role where every interaction makes a difference.
