Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to a positive work environment.

About the Role:
  • Provide professional, friendly customer service through various channels.
  • Assist with daily tasks, including mail duties and inbox requests.
  • Ensure timely and accurate information is provided in accordance with Council policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Build effective relationships, both internally and externally.
  • Develop organisational skills with the capacity to prioritise.
  • Utilise Microsoft Office applications to complete tasks efficiently.
Requirements:
  • Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
