Customer Service Representative

The role of Customer Service Representative is a key position within our organisation, providing exceptional customer service as the first point of contact.
This individual will ensure every customer feels valued by conveying corporate values through interactions, delivering professional, customer-focused service at the front counter and via telephone and email.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage daily inbox requests, capturing and responding to queries and distributing them to relevant officers.
- Assist with mail duties and provide timely, accurate information in accordance with legislation, policies, and procedures.
- Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when dealing with sensitive or confidential matters.
- Take ownership of customer issues and ensure follow-up to resolution.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- A friendly nature and attention to detail in administrative tasks.
- Basic Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
