Customer Service Role

We are seeking a Customer Service Professional to fill this position.

About the Position:
  • Provide exceptional customer service, including front counter interactions, call centre operations, and telephone manner
  • Assist with daily inbox requests, capturing and responding to requests, and distributing them to relevant stakeholders
  • Support daily mail duties
  • Provide timely and accurate information, both verbally and in writing, in accordance with legislation, policy, protocol, and procedures
  • Exercise discretion, sensitivity and maintain confidentiality as required
  • Take ownership of customer matters and issues and ensure follow-up through to resolution
About You:
  • You will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, a friendly nature, and a keen eye for accuracy in administrative tasks, order processing, and cash handling
  • You will be experienced in a customer service/administration-based role, with the ability to build effective relationships, both internal and external
  • You will have basic skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, as well as developed organisational skills with the capacity to prioritise
  • You will be able to work individually or as part of a team, and demonstrate a commitment to our values and contribute to our family-friendly, cohesive, and progressive culture
