About the Role

Centacare Brisbane is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Service Leader to join our team. As a Service Leader, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality services to clients, promoting a positive workplace culture, and contributing to the mission of Centacare.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of care professionals to deliver person-centred care and support to clients.
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of clients, ensuring their safety and well-being.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to promote the services offered by Centacare and build strong relationships with clients and their families.
  • Manage service budgets, program development, and compliance, ensuring that all services are delivered to the highest standards.
  • Provide regular supervision, coaching, and performance feedback to team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality care.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in aged care case management is highly desirable.
  • Diploma in Community Services or equivalent.
  • Leadership experience in a human services organisation.
  • Knowledge of funding standards, guidelines, and legislation.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to obtain an NDIS workers screening card and working with children check.
