Factory Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and skilled Factory Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of the production team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the factory.

  • Develop and maintain production schedules to optimize workflow and performance.
  • Cordinate daily production plans and ensure efficient collaboration between teams.
  • Improve manufacturing operations by identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes.
  • Perform various administrative tasks including consumables ordering, stock control and paperwork.
  • Assist with maintenance of inventory register and stock checks.
  • Drawing take off and project coordination.
  • Traffic scheduling and vehicle maintenance.
  • Investigate and report non-conformances and rework.

Key Requirements

  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Understanding of construction materials and processes.
  • Knowledge of local regulations.
  • First aid qualification.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role.
