About the role

We are seeking a hard working, reliable Factory Hand to join our team at Cut-Rite Pty Ltd in Miranda, NSW. This is a casual position with the possibility of full time.

As a Factory Hand, you will play a crucial role in our day to day manufacturing processes.

What you'll be doing

  • Assisting in the manufacturing of kitchen and cabinet components
  • Operating various machinery and equipment
  • Some assembly of cabinets and components
  • Maintaining a clean and organised work environment

What we're looking for

  • Experience in a similar factory or manufacturing role, preferably within the cabinetmaking industry
  • Minimum 3-6 months factory or manufacturing experience required
  • Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • A positive attitude and a passion for contributing to the success of the company
  • Australian work rights are required for this position

Day shifts only are available for this casual role.
