This position is critical to the site's success and will empower day-to-day operations. As Facilities Manager, you will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, managing the Integrated Facilities Management provider and delivering safe, efficient FM services.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing facility asset and service management
  • Delivering high-quality asset management and enhanced life cycle value
  • Managing FM provider performance across various disciplines
  • Supporting the team through project activities, including fault tracking and remediation
  • Developing scenario modelling and creating action plans/SOPs
  • Ensuring statutory compliance and occupational health and safety requirements

We seek an experienced Facilities Manager with commercial acumen and leadership skills. You will have a proven track record in electrical engineering systems and facilities maintenance, along with experience in contract management and stakeholder engagement.
