
Factory Coordinator

VO Group Australia Pty Ltd (VO) is a leading privately-owned company, providing the highest quality façade and metalwork, design, supply and construction services to Builders, Architects and Owners. We are now having an exciting opportunity for a driven and talented Factory Coordinator to join our team.
- Responsibilities include but not limited to:_
- Production planning - Creating, maintaining, and updating production schedules
- Coordinate and schedule daily production plans
- Optimising production workflow and performance
- Ensure efficient collaboration and co-ordination between relevant teams
- Coordinate regular safety and quality meetings with shop floor employees.
- Improving the efficiency of the manufacturing operations
- Relief waterjet operator
- Prepare inwards & outwards paperwork, dd's etc
- Consumables ordering for office
- Control stocks of consumables and re-order when necessary.
- Follow up PO delivery
- Help with maintenance of inventory register, stock check
- Drawings take off
- Drawings and projects coordination.
- Truck scheduling in an economical and efficient route
- Vehicle - Repairs and maintenance
- Investigate and report all non-conformance and rework
- Skills and Experience:_
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
- Good Communication skills
- Understanding of various construction materials
- Good Knowledge of Sydney Metro
- Knowledge of Health sand safety at workplace
- First Aid qualification
- Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role is essential
