Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Food and Beverage Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our restaurant.

  • Develop a positive team culture focused on delivering exceptional customer service
  • Supervise Food and Beverage operations across the venue
  • Assist with ordering, receiving goods, inventory management, and stocktake
  • Coordinate between restaurant/bar and other departments for events involving food and beverage services
  • Train and mentor new staff
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead by example and demonstrate a commitment to excellent customer service
  • Provide guidance and support to Front of House team members
  • Assist with menu planning, inventory management, and stock control
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of events
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of new procedures and systems
About You:
  • Previous experience in a similar role is essential
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High level of organization and attention to detail
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and nights
