Protect Our Enterprise

We're seeking a seasoned Security Engineer to safeguard our enterprise platform, leveraging industry standards and best practices to mitigate risks.

This role involves leading vulnerability management, maintaining security operations, and enforcing cloud security engineering. You'll also be responsible for identity/access governance and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive vulnerability management strategies across our AWS Cloud, applications, and on-premises environments.
  • Design and maintain robust security policies, standards, and procedures that align with industry benchmarks.
  • Provide actionable security metrics and reporting to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support audit and compliance efforts, including SOC2 and ISO 27001.
  • Monitor and triage security alerts, collaborating with our MSSP (Expel) to respond effectively.
  • Contribute to infrastructure hardening, logging, and detection improvements.
  • Design scalable IAM and PAM solutions in AWS and enterprise systems.
  • Operate and enhance User Access Review (UAR) processes with IT and business teams.
Requirements
  • Experience in security roles, encompassing analyst, engineer, or architecture disciplines.
  • Strong AWS security expertise, including networking, IAM, and monitoring tools.
  • Deep understanding of modern vulnerability management and cloud risk assessment.
  • Proficiency with IAM/PAM tools and governance practices.
  • Scripting or automation experience (Python, Bash, or similar).
  • Experience with SOC2 / ISO 27001 audits.
  • Familiarity with tools like Expel, ELK stack, Kafka, MongoDB, Spark.
  • Exposure to startup or product-led companies.
