Mandatory Qualifications
  • At least 8 years of experience in spearheading transformational initiatives across service delivery and assurance spaces within the telecom sector.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a comprehensive Quality Management Framework for diverse functions.
  • Identify critical-to-quality (CTQ) parameters and establish links with Service Level Agreements (SLA)/Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Drive transformational projects, obtaining approvals through sound business justifications.
  • Enhance customer satisfaction for clients and end-users.
  • Prioritize tasks and create short-term and long-term roadmaps for transformation, based on complexity, benefits, investments, and timeframes for realizing those benefits.
  • Experience in quality control processes within the telecom assurance domain.
