We are seeking a seasoned Digital Transformation Expert to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our business.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise in digital transformation to drive innovation and growth. Your primary responsibility will be to collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, prioritize, validate, and document business requirements or user stories.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and optimize processes to streamline order orchestration, reduce cycle times, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Candidate should have expertise in various network domains, including Telecom OSS, Network as a Service Layer, TMF compliant network APIs, Order Orchestration, Event Generation and Consumption for E2E Order Visibility, Integration with an external vendor for logistic delivery and management, and Correlation of network alarms.
