Job Title: Ethics and Governance Specialist

Job Description:

The successful candidate will manage ethics and site-specific authorization of new projects, amendments and post-approval items, review and sign-off of Research Agreements.

They will provide advice pertaining to research ethics, research governance and research agreement matters, prepare and present research training, conduct one on one consultation with researchers, and manage Ethics Committees as required.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Review and interpret research projects and agreements.
  2. Prepare and manage research projects.
  3. Conduct minute-taking and record keeping tasks.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require excellent written and verbal communication skills, proven time management skills and experience in reviewing and interpreting research projects and agreements.

You will also need the ability to work effectively in a team environment and maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
