Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer care department, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients through phone calls and other communication channels.

  • Accurately book appointments with clients
  • Deliver a high level of customer service to new and existing customers

  • Utilize benefit selling techniques to encourage appointment bookings

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Phone Calls and Communication: Make a high volume of phone calls to existing and prospective clients to arrange appointments and promote our services.
  2. Appointment Booking: Accurately book appointments with clients and ensure that all necessary details are recorded.
  3. Customer Service: Deliver a high level of customer service to new and existing customers, addressing their concerns and needs in a professional and courteous manner.
  4. Product Promotion: Promote our range of products and services to clients, highlighting the benefits and features of each product.
  5. Benefit Selling: Utilize benefit selling techniques to encourage appointment bookings and maximize sales opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Intermediate PC skills (experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office preferable)
  • Ability to work as part of a team and contribute to team goals
