Hearing Health Specialist

We are seeking a compassionate and purpose-driven individual to contribute to the performance and customer experience of our clinics.
This role involves collaborating with Clinicians and Hearing Technicians to deliver quality hearing health outcomes for all clients.
You will learn about our products, services, and government funding programs to apply tailored client-specific sales strategies.
- Prior experience in sales and customer service roles is essential.
- A background working with an older demographic is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and empathy for clients' hearing journeys are crucial.
- A Higher School Certificate (HSC) or TAFE Qualification is required.
