Customer Service Hearing Specialist

We are seeking a professional to join our customer service team as a Hearing Service Representative. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for new customers and provide exceptional support to existing clients.
The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, patience, and resilience. They will also have a passion for delivering an amazing client experience and be able to work effectively in a team environment.
Key Responsibilities:Making phone calls to our existing and prospective clients to book appointments and promote our services
Delivering high-quality customer service and resolving any issues that may arise
Working with our CRM system to update customer records and track interactions
