Key Roles and Responsibilities

We are seeking a professional to join our team as a Hearing Health Representative. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by providing free hearing assessments and advice on hearing health.
  • BUILD strong relationships with customers through effective communication and rapport-building.
  • Provide detailed information on hearing test results and recommend next steps for optimal hearing health.
  • Maintain accurate customer databases, manage stock control, and ensure timely invoicing.
  • Ensure compliance with industry reporting requirements, demonstrating high attention to detail.
  • Contribute to store sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Support the Store Manager in motivating retail associates to deliver outstanding customer service.

Requirements
  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or administration is preferred.
  • A 'can-do' attitude, with excellent communication skills and an outgoing personality.
  • Ability to learn and grow into a future leadership role.
  • Availability to work retail hours, including weekends and late nights.
