We are seeking Digital Solutions Leaders on a 12-month secondment/Max Term Contract within the eCommerce Complex Squad working on our Core Product offering. Key responsibilities include driving product development, leading continuous improvement, monitoring the competitive landscape, and managing cross-functional teams.

We are looking for people who have:

  • 3+ years of experience in financial services, ideally with exposure to eCommerce or payments.
  • Technical eCommerce or merchant acquiring knowledge.
  • Experience with Agile project delivery.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • A risk mindset and ability to navigate ambiguity.
