**Home Support Assistant Role**

We are seeking a caring and reliable individual to provide support to clients in their own homes. As a Home Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in enabling clients to maintain their independence and live with dignity.

  • You will assist clients with daily living tasks, such as household chores, meal preparation, and personal care.
  • Emotional support and companionship will be an essential part of your role, helping clients feel safe and valued in their own environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Domestic Assistance – You will help with household chores, including washing, ironing, vacuuming, and dusting.
  • Meal Preparation – Assist with planning, preparing, and cooking meals for clients.
  • Personal Care Support – Provide assistance with showering, dressing, grooming, and other personal hygiene needs.
  • Social Engagement – Offer companionship and encourage participation in social activities and community engagement.
  • Transport Services – Provide transport for appointments, shopping trips, and social outings.
Requirements:
  • A valid driver’s license is essential for this role.
  • Reliable transportation for travel between client locations is required.
  • Current first aid and CPR certification is preferred (or willingness to obtain).
  • Basic computer and smartphone literacy is necessary for this role.
