We're seeking a dedicated Home Care Employee to join our team. As a valued member of our organisation, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our clients.

About the Role

The Home Care Employee is responsible for delivering high-quality home care services to individuals in need. This includes assisting with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation, as well as providing emotional support and companionship.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering individualised care plans tailored to meet the unique needs of each client
  • Providing physical and emotional support to enhance the quality of life for our clients
  • Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and care activities

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum of 12 months experience in a similar home care or aged care environment
  • A strong understanding of the principles of person-centred care and the ability to deliver empathetic and compassionate support
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
