Senior Graphic Design Leadership Role

The primary objective of this position is to oversee the Graphic Design team and bring creative vision to life through effective project management, seamless communication, and a supportive environment that fosters growth and collaboration.

This role requires demonstrated experience in Studio/Design Management with expertise in Graphic Design and Finished Art, as well as proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite. The ideal candidate will have proven ability in producing and managing project schedules, translating briefs into commercially led design concepts, and prioritizing workload to meet studio deadlines.

A key aspect of this role is the ability to work across print, digital, and social platforms, prioritize tasks, and find solutions to complex problems. The successful candidate will be passionate about driving innovative, creative, and commercial solutions, thrive on staying highly organized, and be committed to creating inclusive workplaces.
