We are seeking an experienced Visual Design Specialist to join our creative team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and producing high-quality visual elements for windows and in-store environments.
The Role:- Collaborate with the Group Window Concept Manager and Group Production Manager to research, develop, and produce artwork and production-ready files that meet the highest standards of quality and aesthetics.
- Design and prepare visual assets for window concept propping elements, ensuring consistency across all channels and formats.
- Create engaging and informative signage, hoarding, and block-out graphics for new store openings, as well as store fit-out elements including decals, imagery, and signage that effectively communicate key messages.
- Produce product labelling, pricing, and product information materials, while also supporting the PR / Marketing team and Brand Art Director with creative assets for seasonal events and activations.
- Assist internal teams with the design and formatting of documents, forms, and packs, contributing to the evolution of our brand's visual identity and overall aesthetic.
- Develop innovative visual concepts and artwork for seasonal campaign shoots, incorporating illustrations, graphics, and typography that reflect our brand's unique style and tone.
- Tertiary qualifications in Graphic Design or a related field.
- Strong knowledge across Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator, with experience in designing VM concepts for window concepts for print and production.
- Previous experience in a Graphic Design position, preferably within fashion retail.
- Ability to work across multiple projects and brands simultaneously, managing competing priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent organisational skills, including time management, prioritising, and meeting deadlines.
- Strong communication skills, with ability to support and collaborate with a team working offsite.
- Ability to lead freelance teams when required.
