Lead Graphic Design Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and systems-minded Graphic Design Lead to join our Work Winning team.

This role involves developing and managing all graphic design outputs for tenders, EOIs, and strategic business documentation, focusing on business-driven design execution, clarity, and brand consistency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading the design of submission documents, infographics, and visual aids that communicate key business messages clearly and consistently.
  • Managing and developing a central graphics library and template system for scalable design production.
  • Collaborating with bid teams, desktop publishers, and subject matter experts to convert complex information into clear, business-focused visuals.
  • Overseeing and coaching the Graphic Design Hub team, including workload planning, quality control, and upskilling on Adobe tools and bid design standards.
  • Ensuring all designs meet brand, accessibility, and file structure standards, supporting governance and external expectations.

Requirements for this Role:

  • 5+ years' experience in a graphic design leadership role, ideally in proposals or business submission environments.
  • Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign, Illustrator, and Acrobat, with a focus on structured business documentation.
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with experience managing small teams and collaborating with stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of corporate branding, layout systems, and document usability, emphasizing clarity and persuasion over aesthetic creativity.
