Job Title: Implementation Consultant

The role of an Implementation Consultant involves engaging with clients as their first point of contact, efficiently and effectively planning and coordinating projects. This includes serving as a Technical Pre-sales advisory to customers during the sales cycle, helping clients plan implementation projects, ensuring projects are initiated promptly, and creating project reports to communicate status to key client stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Technical Pre-sales Advisory: Serve as a technical advisor to customers during the sales cycle, providing expertise and guidance on technical matters.
  • Project Planning: Assist clients in planning implementation projects, including setting up engagements and planning sessions with key stakeholders.
  • Project Initiation: Ensure projects are initiated promptly, reflecting the client's expectations.
  • Project Reporting: Create project reports to communicate the status to key client stakeholders and Integration Services business functions.
  • Project Tracking: Track the performance of projects to meet expectations and timelines, managing risks and any issues that may arise.
Requirements:
  • Background and Experience: Possess a background in technology or law with solid experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within technical pre-sales support.
  • Pre-sales Activities: Experience in pre-sales activities, pre-installation assessment, systems analysis, software integration, and post-installation implementation assessment.
  • Technical Expertise: Familiarity with Generative AI, Microsoft products, and Document Management Systems such as iManage, and NetDocuments.
  • Problem-solving Skills: Demonstrate problem-solving skills – be able to quickly mitigate challenges so they don't affect project outcomes.
  • Teamwork and Collaboration: Have the ability to work independently or as part of a cross-functional team, collaborating with sales, product, and support teams.
