Product Analyst - Health Manager Level 3 Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Analyst to join our Core, Security and Architect team. This is a permanent full-time position responsible for the day-to-day management of activities related to the planning, configuration, testing, and implementation of the eMR Security, Domain management, Device Integration, and eMR interface in conjunction with the Integration team.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in supporting clinical systems and demonstrate this in their application. They will have a solid understanding of working within a large healthcare organisation, along with strong IT skills to support complex clinical information systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintenance of multiple Cerner eMR modules and functions including PowerChart, FirstNet, SurgiNet, PAS, Printing, Cardiovascular, eMR interface, and integration.
  • Management of activities related to the planning, configuration, testing, and implementation of the eMR Security, Domain management, Device Integration, and eMR interface.
  • On-call support for the critical clinical information system running 7 x 24.

Requirements:

  • Experience and a record of achievement working within a product management lifecycle in a large and complex clinical ICT service environment.
  • Experience in the design, configuration, and deployment of digital health systems.
  • Organisational skills and experience working in a high-volume and changing professional environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
