Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical assistance for clinical (CTMS, eTMF & Vault Safety) and IT systems with GxP categorization as per company defined service level agreements.
  • Manage user access and user roles for clinical (CTMS, eTMF & Vault Safety) and IT systems with GxP categorization in accordance with applicable SOPs.
  • Deliver comprehensive training to users on clinical IT systems and applications across all regions, while serving as a subject matter expert.
  • Establish and maintain liaison relationships with vendors and IT teams for maintenance changes and upgrades.
  • Lead and execute testing for system upgrades, new releases, and change management initiatives in collaboration with Clinical Systems, IT, and business stakeholders.
