About the Opportunity

We have a rewarding opportunity for a Fundraising Strategist to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our fundraising unit, you will work independently to develop and implement comprehensive major donor engagement plans that align with our organisational objectives.

This role requires an individual who can take accountability for delivering strategic fundraising programs with a focus on national development, engagement, and major gifts. You will be responsible for identifying and initiating relationships with major donors and translating those relationships into major gifts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a fundraising strategy with a focus on cultivating and soliciting major gifts and setting, achieving, and reporting on fundraising targets
  • Think strategically and tactically about the relationship between potential major philanthropic donors and fundraising goals
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with major donors to achieve fundraising goals
