Main Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with vendors to ensure strategic alignment of leadership programs, managing schedules, communications, and performance metrics.
  • Design and deliver engaging and professional learning experiences, applying adult learning principles and a variety of instructional techniques.
  • Evaluate program effectiveness, monitor outcomes, and implement improvements to enhance participation, quality, and efficiency.
  • Contribute to the development of a comprehensive talent and leadership strategy, providing insights on emerging trends.
  • Support the implementation of a robust talent management program.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Learning, Organizational Development, HR, or a related field (desired)
  • Proven experience managing vendors to deliver best-practice leadership development and facilitating virtual and in-person learning programs
  • Expertise in adult learning principles, group dynamics, program evaluation, and stakeholder collaboration
  • In-depth understanding of leadership capability-building approaches and the ability to connect learning solutions to business objectives
  • Experience in Talent Management within complex organizations
