As a key front-line role, this position plays a critical part in assisting with the day-to-day operations of our depot. You will be responsible for operational delivery and compliance, managing systems, liaising with drivers, rostering, and reporting.

  • Position located in Wesley Vale.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist Managers to implement business plans and strategic objectives for the site.
  • Assist in planning and delivery of school, route, special event, and charter services at the depot.
  • Maintain good business relationships with all stakeholders and staff.
  • Develop a collaborative working relationship (both internally and externally), focusing on excellence in service provision and individual performance.
  • Manage day-to-day staff resource allocations for the depot, including maintaining drivers' rosters.

The Ideal Candidate

We are seeking a motivated and organized individual who is available between 6:30am and 5:00pm, Monday to Friday. Previous experience in transport, logistics, or operations is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, as well as the ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines.

  • Minimum MR Driver's License is preferred but not essential.
  • Drivers Accreditation is preferred or willing to obtain.
  • Current First Aid certificate is preferable or willing to obtain.
