Responsibilities
  • AI Architecture Leadership: Design and implement scalable AI architectures that integrate with existing HR systems.
  • Agentic AI Solutions Development: Create intelligent agents that automate tasks, enhance employee experiences, and drive business outcomes.
  • Innovation and R&D: Stay at the forefront of AI research and development, identifying opportunities to innovate and improve existing solutions.
  • Team Leadership: Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning among team members.
  • Business Acumen: Translate complex AI concepts into actionable business strategies that drive growth and revenue.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 7+ years of AI/ML engineering experience, with 3+ years in leadership.
  • Deep expertise in Large Language Models (OpenAI, Anthropic, Amazon Bedrock) and production experience with agentic AI frameworks.
  • Strong background in MLOps and scalable AI system architecture.
  • Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and modern ML engineering tools.
  • Proven track record leading technical teams and delivering complex AI projects on cloud AI platforms.
