Industrial Automation Leadership Role.

This position offers a unique blend of strategy, marketing, and customer engagement responsibilities. As the Marketing and Strategy Manager, you will be instrumental in driving growth and innovation within our Industrial Automation business across the Pacific Zone.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading high-performing teams and delivering results in fast-paced environments. A strong understanding of digital marketing, customer engagement, and data-driven decision-making is essential for success in this role.

Key qualifications include:

  • Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in marketing, strategy, or business development roles, preferably within the Industrial Automation or Technology sector.
  • Proven leadership experience managing high-performing teams and driving cross-functional collaboration.
  • Thorough understanding of digital marketing, customer engagement, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Experience working with sales teams and developing go-to-market strategies.
