We are seeking a technical presales professional with expertise in data engineering and integration. As an Advisory Solution Consultant, you will drive solutions around ServiceNow's Workflow Data Fabric, NowAssist, and Agentic AI, showcasing the platform's transformative capabilities to customers through solutions, demos, and proof-of-concepts.
Responsibilities:
- Data Solution Evangelism: Advocate for ServiceNow's Workflow Data Fabric, explaining its benefits to both technical and business stakeholders.
- Customer Engagement: Lead discovery sessions, understand data challenges, and craft tailored ServiceNow solutions.
- Data Architecture Design: Create innovative architectures supporting data ingestion, transformation, analytics, and insights aligned with customer goals.
- Collaboration and Leadership: Work with sales, product, engineering, and delivery teams to ensure solution alignment and project success.
- Sales Support: Assist in the presales process from qualification to closing, focusing on data integration solutions.
- Continuous Learning: Keep up-to-date with ServiceNow's technologies and industry trends in data engineering.
Qualifications:
- Experience integrating AI into workflows, decision-making, or problem-solving, including automating workflows and analyzing AI-driven insights.
- 5+ years in technical presales, solution architecture, or consulting, with a focus on enterprise data integration and analytics.
- Strong background in data engineering: data ingestion, ETL, data modeling, storage, and analytics platforms.
- Familiarity with integration technologies like REST APIs, SOAP, JSON, JDBC, data pipelines, and streaming platforms.
- Experience with low-code/no-code platforms; ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD) are preferred.
- Knowledge of RPA, Generative AI, OCR, Process Mining, and CICD is a plus.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
