
Visionary Property Developer Project Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead the development of large-scale masterplanned communities.
- Taking ownership of diverse projects from acquisition through delivery.
- Steering product strategy, mix and marketing, ensuring every release is commercially successful and community-minded.
- BUILDING strong relationships with stakeholders, authorities and internal partners, driving deadlines and outcomes.
- Guiding and mentoring junior talents, helping shape not just projects, but careers.
- Contributing ideas that improve systems, drive efficiency and maximise value.
You'll have:

You bring:
- 3+ years in property development (land or built form preferred).
- Experience leading projects from design through approvals and delivery.
- Strong commercial acumen, financial modelling and reporting skills.
- Outstanding communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Tertiary qualifications in property, planning, engineering, finance or related discipline.
- A personable, positive and driven approach, with high attention to detail.
To be considered for this role, you should have relevant experience in project management, preferably in property development. A bachelor's degree in a related field and excellent communication skills are also required.
