Assistant Development Manager Job Opportunity

This high-calibre professional will play a pivotal role in shaping the built environment of multiple major cities worldwide.

Our organisation is renowned for developing state-of-the-art, iconic, luxury high-rise towers. With an extensive pipeline of developments across Western Australia, we are now seeking an Assistant Development Manager to join our team.

This position will see you assist in the delivery of various built-form projects across Perth. You will support the Development Manager with feasibilities, development applications, and market research.

  • Qualifications in property or a related field
  • Minimum 2-4 years' experience working in the property industry
  • Hands-on delivery experience
  • Strong financial acumen
  • Experience completing feasibility studies
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and switch between projects

You will be comfortable working at a fast pace and have a solid foundation of property development knowledge that includes finance, contractor management, and stakeholder engagement.
